Adler Industrial’s Newest Addition: 60,000 SF Build-to-Suit at Adler Midland Industrial Park

SHARE:

At Adler Industrial, we build long-term homes for businesses that mean business. This spring, we’re proud to welcome our newest occupant to Adler Midland Industrial Park as they take occupancy of 9791 Ustick Road in Nampa, Idaho.

After a careful, deliberate process, the business is moving in right on schedule this spring. Watching a transaction like this reach its conclusion is exactly the kind of outcome we work toward every day.

The Facility

At 60,000 square feet with 24-foot clear height, 4,000 square feet of dedicated office space, and approximately 64,000 square feet of fenced yard, this building was designed for operators who know exactly what they need and won’t settle for less.

The 24-foot clear height provides users with the vertical flexibility modern industrial operations demand. The fenced yard delivers the secured outdoor staging and storage capacity – this is what makes an industrial building functional, not just pretty on paper. This is an industrial building built for real work, and it’s now in the hands of a user who will put it to good use.

That’s what Adler Midland Industrial Park is all about.

Activity Across the Park

9791 Ustick Road isn’t the only happening at Adler Midland right now. Wall tilt construction has recently been completed at 9575 Laster Street, giving us yet another great industrial building in the ever-growing industrial park. Watching the carefully constructed concrete walls rise within our own park is tangible evidence that the infrastructure, the location, and the vision we’ve invested in are being validated by the market in real time.

Adler Midland continues to attract the kind of businesses that see the vision of the park’s location and the future of the Treasure Valley. The development of the park and the commitment to creating an environment for serious industrial businesses to establish themselves and develop in the area.

The Bigger Picture: Ten Mile West

For those following industrial development across the broader Treasure Valley, you have undoubtedly noticed the action along the north side of I-84 near Black Cat Road. Wall tilts are actively underway at our Ten Mile West joint development, and will soon bring a mix of live, work, and recreation space to the fast-developing Ten Mile corridor.

Ten Mile West is exactly the kind of large-scale, freeway-proximate, light-industrial development that this market has been asking for. The I-84 frontage, the scale of the project, and the quality of the product being delivered position Ten Mile West to attract users who need visibility, access, and room to grow.

For Adler Industrial, Ten Mile West, and Adler Midland aren’t competing stories, but complementary ones. Together, they reflect our commitment to developing quality industrial product across the corridor, at every stage of a business’s growth, and for every-sized business.

We’re Just Getting Started

At Adler Industrial, we do not measure success by square footage delivered, but by the businesses we help get established, grow, and thrive. Every purchase agreement executed, every wall tilt completed, every company that moves into an Adler property represents a relationship we have earned and continue to nurture with our commitment to uncompromised quality.

If you’re looking for industrial space in the Treasure Valley – whether that’s a ready-to-occupy facility, a build-to-suit opportunity, or a position in one of our developing parks – we’d love to have a conversation.
