Adler Industrial Announces Two Leadership Promotions

We are excited to announce two well-earned promotions within the Adler Industrial leadership team.

Charity Nelson promoted to Vice President of Leasing & People

Since joining Adler Industrial, Charity has played a key role in the growth of the company’s Idaho portfolio, leading leasing efforts across the Boise Metro and building strong relationships with brokers, tenants, and companies expanding into the region. She has also helped shape Adler’s culture by leading the company’s human resources initiatives and employee engagement efforts.

As Vice President of Leasing & People, Charity will continue to oversee leasing strategy while providing leadership for Adler’s people initiatives. Her expanded role reflects Adler’s commitment to investing in both its properties and its people as the company continues to grow.

Charity brings extensive experience in both economic development and human resources, including leadership roles with the Boise Valley Economic Partnership and Micron Technology. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in communication from the University of Pittsburgh and lives in Boise with her husband, Mark, and daughters.

Spencer Esau promoted to Vice President of Investments

Since joining Adler Industrial as Director of Asset Management & Acquisitions, Spencer has played an integral role in expanding and strengthening the company’s investment portfolio. His leadership has helped drive asset performance, identify strategic acquisition opportunities, and support Adler’s disciplined investment strategy.

As Vice President of Investments, Spencer will continue leading Adler’s investment platform, overseeing asset management, acquisitions, and portfolio strategy while helping guide the company’s long-term investment objectives.

Spencer brings more than a decade of commercial real estate experience and has completed more than $500 million in industrial, office, and development transactions. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Gonzaga University and lives in Eagle, Idaho, with his wife and daughters.
