The Treasure Valley continues to grow, and with that growth comes the opportunity — and responsibility — to create spaces that support businesses, strengthen communities, and contribute to Idaho’s future.
The District at Ten Mile is a reflection of that vision.
Located at one of Meridian’s most significant growth corridors near Ten Mile Road and Interstate 84, this 220-acre mixed-use development brings together retail, office, entertainment, and industrial space into one thoughtfully planned destination. Led through a strong partnership between Adler Industrial, Ahlquist and Ball Ventures, The District represents what is possible when local companies work together with a shared commitment to the community.
Creating Class A Industrial Space in The District at Ten Mile
For Adler Industrial, our role focuses on creating the industrial foundation that supports continued economic growth. We have begun construction on the first two of six planned industrial buildings within The District, bringing more than 230,000 square feet of Class A industrial space designed for businesses such as warehousing, distribution, food processing, and light manufacturing.
But this project is about more than square footage.
“The District at Ten Mile represents more than just buildings. It’s about creating a place where businesses can grow, people can gather, and the community can continue to thrive,” said Mike Adler, CEO of Adler Industrial.
Since expanding into Idaho in 2019, Adler Industrial has focused on developing high-quality industrial spaces that attract companies, create jobs, and support the continued growth of the Treasure Valley. The District at Ten Mile continues that mission by integrating employment opportunities alongside the places people shop, gather, and spend time.
“This is truly a shared effort with each partner bringing their strengths and perspectives to the table and working together to bring this vision to life,” Adler said. “It’s the kind of project that reflects where the Treasure Valley is heading and how this community continues to grow.”
Building for the Future of the Treasure Valley
As Meridian and the greater Boise Valley continue to evolve, projects like The District at Ten Mile demonstrate the importance of thoughtful development, strong partnerships, and a long-term commitment to building communities that are prepared for the future.
We’re proud to play a role in bringing that vision to life.
