Adler Industrial is pleased to announce the completion of a new last-mile delivery station for Amazon.com at 2316 W. Franklin Road, Meridian, Idaho. This 143,000 SF state-of-the-art structure includes 682 van parking stalls with EV charging stations, 443 parking spaces, 15 loading docks, and six fast-track delivery doors. Amazon took occupancy on January 4, 2022.
The new building was designed explicitly as a last-mile delivery station allowing Amazon to service population centers in Metro Boise, one of the fastest-growing cities in the country.
