Boise-based Adler Industrial, LLC signed a lease to Air Filter Superstore at 3825 E Lanark St., Meridian, Idaho. The 19,000 SF space is part of a 99,000 SF newly constructed industrial building on 5.3 acres of land, part of the 534,000 SF AI Meridian Business Center.
Air Filter Superstore is a locally owned and family-run business that started operations in 2015. It is now the most significant air filter distributor for all commercial, industrial, and residential customers in Idaho.
Air Filter Superstore has moved from its current 7,500 SF Adler Industrial space to the new 19,000 SF building in Meridian. Their offices have expanded from 600 SF to 2,500 SF, and the warehouse has increased from 7,000 SF to 16,500 SF. The new office space offers a more extensive showroom and customer lounge to accommodate customers from retail and commercial.
“Given the tremendous growth that we’ve experienced, combined with our increased inventory demands due to the supply chain situation, moving to a larger facility was a no-brainer.
