Boise-based Adler Industrial, LLC has leased 84,000 of a 140,000 SF industrial building, currently under construction, in Nampa, Idaho to Darigold, who was represented by Jake Miller of CBRE in the transaction.
Darigold, Inc. is the marketing and processing subsidiary of Northwest Dairy Association (NDA), which is owned by over 350 dairy farm families in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana. Darigold produces a full line of dairy-based products for retail, foodservice, commodity and specialty markets, and is one of the largest U.S. dairy processors. Darigold will be moving existing warehouse operations with Adler Industrial in Nampa to this larger facility to allow for increased storage of ESL milk coming off a newly installed aseptic line at the Boise plant.
“We are excited to be providing a customized industrial space for Darigold”, stated Michael Adler, president of Adler Industrial. “This is one of five industrial buildings we are currently constructing in the Treasure Valley”.
The building is part of the first phase of AI Northside Industrial Park which will include two Class-A industrial buildings totaling 280,000 SF. Features of these buildings including 32-foot ceiling clearance, ESFR sprinklers, and 200+ foot-wide truck court make this an efficient and productive environment for businesses with warehouse distribution requirements.
