Boise-based Adler Industrial, LLC has leased an industrial building at 2116 Northland Drive in Nampa, Idaho to Omega Morgan. Sherry Schoen, Senior Managing Director with Newmark, represented the tenant.
Omega Morgan is a 26-year-old industrial rigging contractor which provides innovative solutions for the complex moving; rigging and transportation challenges faced by manufacturers, industrial companies, contractors, and logistics providers. This will be Omega Morgan’s first Treasure Valley industrial facility in addition to their other locations in Portland, Seattle, Calgary, and Houston.
