Boise-based Adler Industrial, LLC breaks ground on an industrial building at 1220 W. Franklin Road in Meridian, Idaho. The 33,000 square foot building on 1.76 acres will be the 5th building constructed in its Creamline Business Park, which is located east of Linder Road, on the north side of Franklin Road in Meridian.
Adler has leased this building to 84 Lumber, a national supplier of building materials, supplies, and manufactured components for residential and commercial buildings. In addition to the 84 Lumber building, two remaining building sites will be developed at Creamline Business Park in the near future.
“We are excited to be providing customized industrial space solutions to meet the needs of the Boise market”, stated Michael Adler, president of Adler Industrial. “The new project is one of five industrial buildings we are currently constructing in the Treasure Valley”.
