Brett has built a distinguished career at the intersection of law and real estate. After earning his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University, he gained early experience in insurance defense before moving in-house to focus on real estate investment and development. Over the years, he has developed extensive expertise in litigation, transactional law, acquisitions, strategic structuring, amongst may other skills needed in the real estate specific landscape.
Since joining Adler Industrial, Brett has been integral in overseeing legal affairs, governance, and risk management across our operating entities. His steady guidance and business-minded approach ensure that Adler’s growth is built on a foundation of sound legal strategy and thoughtful oversight.
