A Summer of Growth: Celebrating Our 2025 Interns and Welcoming New Talent at Adler Industrial

SHARE:

This summer at Adler Industrial and Adler Industrial Construction has been filled with energy, collaboration, and growth – and much of that momentum can be attributed to the incredible people who joined our team. From a dynamic group of summer interns to a key addition in our accounting department, the season was a strong reflection of Adler’s continued investment in people, innovation, and the future of industrial development.

Investing in Future Industry Leaders

At Adler, we take great pride in developing the next generation of professionals by offering hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to real-world projects. Our 2025 summer intern group brought curiosity, dedication, and a strong work ethic to each of their roles – making a meaningful impact across legal, construction, and accounting.

Quinn Stapp – General Counsel Intern
University of Idaho College of Law

Quinn joined Adler’s legal team as our General Counsel Intern while pursuing her J.D. at the University of Idaho. She quickly became a trusted contributor, assisting with lease reviews, compliance research, and document drafting. Her professionalism, legal insight, and eagerness to take initiative made a lasting impression on our in-house counsel team.

Jake Morrow – Construction Intern
Boise State University, Construction Management

Going into his sophomore year at Boise State, Jake joined Adler Industrial Construction to gain real-world jobsite experience. Throughout the summer, he supported project managers with daily operations, coordinated field logistics, and observed firsthand what it takes to deliver projects on time and on budget. Jake’s enthusiasm and hands-on approach brought fresh energy to every jobsite.

Kerrie Nickel – Accounting Intern
Boise State University, Accounting

Kerrie joined our accounting team as she prepares for her junior year at Boise State. She supported the department with reconciliations, invoice processing, and internal reporting. Kerrie quickly demonstrated an eye for detail, a knack for numbers, and a strong grasp of financial systems. Her contributions helped keep operations running smoothly during a very active quarter.

Welcoming Kim Smart – Accountant

We’re also thrilled to welcome Kim Smart to Adler as a full-time Accountant. Kim brings years of accounting experience and a strong background in real estate finance. Since joining our team, she has already become a key player in streamlining financial processes, supporting project budgeting, and bringing new ideas to the table. Kim’s precision, reliability, and collaborative mindset make her a perfect fit for Adler’s high-performing team.

Looking Ahead

With a productive summer behind us and new talent enriching our team, Adler Industrial and Adler Industrial Construction are well-positioned for a strong close to the year. Whether it’s mentoring future professionals or welcoming seasoned experts like Kim Smart, we’re proud to build more than just buildings – we’re building a team of excellence.

We’re especially excited about the continued involvement of our interns as they continue their education. Their drive, work ethic, and alignment with our core values make them exactly the kind of individuals we hope to see return in future roles.
