Charity Nelson, our Director of Leasing and People, was named an honoree for Idaho Business Review’s 2025 Women of the Year. In her combined responsibilities of leading Leasing and People, Charity has not only contributed to scaling Adler’s presence in the contiguous Treasure Valley but also nurtured the relationships and team culture needed for sustainable success. Drawing from human development and real estate, Charity has cultivated an understanding of people and business that is invaluable.
Charity’s versatility in both real estate and human development enables her to blend business skills and interpersonal abilities seamlessly. She has developed strong relationships with brokers and tenants, managed complex lease negotiations, and has remained dedicated to Adler team’s growth and wellbeing. She has earned the Adler team’s gratitude and respect through her unwavering support of their development and healthcare needs.
