Charity Nelson named the Director of Leasing and People
Charity Nelson has been promoted to Director of Leasing and People. Since joining Adler, Charity has been instrumental in managing the leasing of our industrial portfolio across the Boise Metro area, forging strong partnerships with brokers and business leaders to support business growth in the region. In addition, Charity has led Adler’s human resources strategy, fostering a positive and people-centered culture as our team continues to grow.
Prior to Adler, Charity served as Director of Economic Development at the Boise Valley Economic Partnership and spent over a decade at Micron Technology in various HR leadership roles. She holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in communication from the University of Pittsburgh. A Boise native, Charity enjoys life in her hometown with her husband Mark and daughters, Alyssa and Jessica.
Will Goede named the Vice President of Development
We’re also pleased to announce that Will Goede has been promoted to Vice President of Development. In his new role, Will continues to lead new development across Adler’s portfolio, overseeing financial modeling, design, entitlement, and construction management.
An Idaho native, Will brings deep technical and operational expertise from over a decade in civil engineering, construction, and real estate development. He began his career as a structural engineer in 2010, later managing large-scale commercial and industrial projects across the western U.S., with budgets ranging from $1 million to over $200 million. Will holds undergraduate and master’s degrees in civil engineering from the University of Idaho and Washington State University. He returned to Boise in 2018 and now lives here with his wife Leah, sons Grayson and Rowan, and their dog Cali.
