Dylan first joined us as a college intern, quickly proving himself to be a valuable asset to the team. His strong analytical skills and ability to tackle complex challenges set him apart early on. After graduating early from Boise State University with honors, we were fortunate to welcome him as a full-time Project Engineer. Since then, his steadfast approach and unwavering commitment to excellence have earned him the respect of colleagues and clients alike.
Despite his quiet demeanor, Dylan’s presence is always felt. He leads with consistency, reliability, and a great sense of humor that keeps the team motivated. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoorsman, always seeking new adventures in the mountains and beyond—a testament to his determination and drive.
